We did it!!!
We kicked off the 2021-2022 NSA-Las Vegas fiscal year with a new Board of Directors, a full slate of CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) level guest speakers scheduled for our monthly Chapter events, and a new roster of initiatives based on your feedback.
Thank you to everyone who contributed heartfelt messages on the framed photo of Doug Wood, VP/Secretary, who lost his battle with COVID on August 10. We presented it to his widow, Lisa, at his Celebration of Life.
Kathi Kulesza, President-Elect, did a masterful job as Master of Ceremony. Dr. Jeffrey Magee, President, gave a gift to every attendee – his “Your Trajectory Code” book. Our event included an all-star CSP & CPAE (our Speaker Hall of Fame) panel of speakers.
Everyone I chatted with said this was one of the best Chapter events they ever attended because the information shared was topical, timely, and tactical.
Mark Stiving, our Treasurer and “Pricing Expert”, lead the educational portion of our event. We learned tangible techniques to price our time, knowledge, and expertise at levels we deserve and that create a win-win for our clients because of the value they receive. The Panel discussion, led by Mark, with our most seasoned members was enlightening, invigorating, and insightful. Thank you, Mark, for your tips and candor. I used your three behaviors advise and portfolio tips for a proposal I put out just days later. Your strategies worked!
