Dan will lead a 2-hour morning session on:

- The art and science of “CUSTOMIZING EVERY SPEECH – by mixing your material and stories, jokes and quotes into the Official Meeting Theme, while talking about their people, products, and services by name.
Dan’s 90-minute afternoon session:
Dan will call on two lucky attendees to tell their story that he then critiques and coaches them on how to improve it.
