Annie Sarnblad rocked the CSP Accelerator. Annie gave us such a treat and unique new skill! We learned how to read MICRO expressions of others. WOW!! As an anthropologist who has lived in multiple countries and knows eight languages, she has coded 10,000 subconscious micro expressions. Nostrils, eye bags, pupil size, and more… I learned so much… and I know others did too because they are still talking about Annie’s presentation. Thank you, Annie, for sharing your brillance. Shari Levitin shared her “Adapted Sales” expertise. Hybrid is here to stay, and change is constant. Shifting and adapting during every sales opportunity will help us navigate our sales negotiations, both online and in person. The quality of questions makes the difference of a win or lose. I was fascinated with her four types of questions using the metaphor of body parts: Skin, Bone, Heart, and Connective Tissue. Easy to remember and an interesting perspective. Plus, we all know planning ahead for our sales calls is a good Best Practice.
