Each time slot reserves the stage for 20 minutes total. This includes transition time for entering and exiting the stage, as well as any quick setup needs and change of jacket/top. Speakers can expect approximately 15 minutes of active speaking and video capture time. Important: Limited Availability & Terms of Agreement Time slots for the Speaker Showcase are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. By purchasing a time slot, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: •All purchases are non-refundable. •If you are unable to attend your scheduled time, it is your responsibility to find a replacement for your slot. •Any transfer of your time slot, including securing payment from a replacement, must be handled directly by you. The NSA Las Vegas Chapter will not facilitate transfers of funds or issue refunds.
