On September 12 you will have access to a panel of speakers that includes National Speakers Association CSPs (Certified Speaking Professionals) and CPAEs (Council of Peers Award for Excellence or the Speaker Hall of Fame). CPAE is a lifetime award for speaking excellence and professionalism.

Bottom line… these speakers are hardworking speaking professionals dedicated to their craft and their businesses who have earned their designations in the National Speakers Association.

Marilyn Sherman

Marilyn Sherman is dedicated to training people to let go of obstacles and live and work with courage, commitment, and confidence. For the last 22 years, she has motivated audiences all over the country, and internationally with topics about hope, inspiration, and practical tools to implement immediately.

With clients in government, corporations, and hospitality, Marilyn is known for giving people success strategies to overcome obstacles, have a more positive mindset, and reduce conflict in the workplace. Her live presentations and her accompanying motivational books have been described as ‘life-changing’.

She is a graduate of Washington State University and is currently an Artist in Residence for High Point University. Her first job in corporate America was with a finance company who saw her management potential early on and put her into a 18-month accelerated management program. She eventually became a training officer for that company writing and delivering their leadership training. Marilyn worked for a seminar company before starting her own speaking and training company. Clients that have been inspired by her keynotes include Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, the F.D.I.C., the US Post Office, and every kind of association from Candle companies to Bar Association Executives, to SHRM.

She is the author of 4 motivational books including her latest on goal-setting released this year called “Is There A Hole In Your Bucket List?”.

Marilyn is a Certified Speaking Professional™, the highest earned designation in the speaking profession with only 12% of speakers worldwide holding this designation. She loves living and working in Las Vegas with her French Husband, Yves. She serves on the board of a non-profit after school program for homeless and under-privileged youth called The Village of Hope and is very involved with Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada.

Mike Rayburn

Mike Rayburn is a two-time TED Talk Presenter, an innovative entrepreneur and Hall of Fame speaker who uses world-class guitar and comedy to teach change and innovation to corporations world-wide. He has headlined Carnegie Hall, headlined in Las Vegas, and performed more than 5,000 presentations in 20 countries on five continents. Rayburn is a regular on Sirius/XM and morning radio nationwide. He has performed as guitarist with The Beach Boys and John Oates.

Rayburn’s keynote is called “The What IF? Keynote Experience.” You will learn three simple tools for harnessing your unrealized potential, creating and leading change, and becoming a virtuoso performer. You’ll hear amazing music including a solo guitar version of Bohemian Rhapsody. Oh, and you laugh a LOT!

Judi Moreo

Judi Moreo is one of the most recognized personal growth trainers and coaches in the world. She is the author of 11 books including 2 international bestsellers, “You Are More Than Enough” and “Conquer the Brain Drain.”

A self-made success, Judi started her first business with $2,000 and a lot of chutzpah. Judi learned to succeed step-by-step over many years and now has a worldwide following of clients who are enjoying outstanding success resulting from her guidance.

Ed Tate

Ed Tate is an award-winning international keynote speaker, trainer, author, executive, and motivational movie star. Worldwide he is known as “The Speaker Who Energizes, Educates and Entertains!” To date, he has spoken professionally in 50 states, 25 countries and on five continents.

Ed won the “American Idol of Public Speaking”; becoming the 2000 World Champion of Public Speaking – Toastmasters International’s most prestigious speaking award among its 352,000+ Global members.

In 2008, Ed earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation by the National Speakers Association, It is the speaking profession’s international measure of professional platform skill. It is an honor bestowed on slightly more than 12% of its members.

Darren Lacroix

After a failed business in 1992, Darren LaCroix took the stage in a Boston comedy club and bombed miserably. It was horrible. The headliner that night told him to “keep his day job.” Friends told him that his dream of making people laugh for a living was crazy and stupid. He didn’t listen.

He may have been born without a funny bone in his body, but Darren possessed the desire to learn and the willingness to fail. These were the essentials for achieving his dream. This selfproclaimed student of comedy is living proof that anything can be learned.

Less than nine years later, in 2001, Darren LaCroix outspoke 25,000 contestants from 14 countries to become the World Champion of Public Speaking. He did it with a very funny speech. Some said it was one of the best speeches in the history of the contest.
